“Nick” may be his given name, but when he hits the ring as a professional wrestler, he becomes the “Outlandish Zicky Dice.” Nick struggled emotionally after losing his dad during his sophomore year of high school. His dad was a social worker, and his mom a teacher. Through Indeed, he found a career in mental health tech that allows him to carry their legacies forward, and describes caregiving as his “second happy place.” A wrestler’s job is to look after his opponent, and Nick’s career allows him to be a full-time caregiver, “inside and outside of the ring.” Created in-house at Indeed, the piece was directed by The Bear's Ben Steinbauer and edited by Kevin Ray of Union Austin.
